Analysis of the practice of protection by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation of goods containing intellectual property objects transported across the customs border

The protection and protection of intellectual property objects is one of the areas of law enforcement activity of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. The article presents the relevance of intellectual property protection, as well as an analysis of attempts to import counterfeit products into the territory of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the analysis, the main problems faced by customs officials are presented, as well as the main ways to solve them are outlined.
