Analysis of the practice of customs control of goods containing intellectual property objects

The article reveals the concept of intellectual property and objects of individualization. An analysis was carried out on the number of individual property objects registered in the customs register, as well as an analysis on the violation of the rights of copyright holders. The categories and trademarks of goods that are most often subject to counterfeiting are presented. The statistics of the detection of counterfeit products are given and its cost equivalent is indicated.
