Analysis of the practice of project management implementation in public authorities

The article discusses the practice of implementing project management in government bodies of the Russian Federation and individual constituent entities of the Russian Federation, indicates the main problems that regions face when implementing national projects, and also presents an algorithm for introducing project management into the activities of government executive bodies, which may become the first step towards solving these problems.
