Analysis of the practice of implementation of the personnel audit system at the enterprise

The article considers the study of the practice of implementing the personnel audit system based on the example of the enterprise PJSC “Biosintez” commissioned by its administration. In this case, the object of study could have a different industry and sub-sector affiliation, as well as regional subordination, since the methods of analysis and diagnostics are universal.
