Analysis of the practice of remuneration of corporate governance and control bodies in JSC Uzbekistan: regulatory framework, problems and solutions

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the concept of "remuneration", based on the results of the analysis of normative legal acts adopted in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as on the results of the analysis of internal documents operating in business entities of Uzbekistan. The forms and methods of remuneration of corporate governance and control bodies are analyzed, urgent problems in this area are identified, and directions for solving these problems are given.
