Analysis of legal regulation of accounting and certification of technical and legal platforms of the latest aircraft in the context of the modern technical revolution and the use of artificial intelligence

The features of Russian aviation, which is on the verge of new amazing discoveries and opportunities, are considered. It is emphasized that state assistance in the development of science and technology in the field of aviation, as well as the introduction of mass digitalization and artificial intelligence, catalyzed the production of the latest converters and other new generation aircraft in our country. It was noted that new developments are designed to increase the state’s defense capability and expand the possibilities of civilian spheres of life, but the development of this area requires appropriate legislation. The readiness of the legislation on certification and accounting of new aircraft created in the context of modern digital innovations and technical capabilities is analyzed.
