Analysis of legal documents that secured the recognition of the administrative-territorial delimitation of the republics of Central Asia

This paper examines the analysis of the legal documents that recognize the administrative and territorial division of the Central Asian republics. The analysis of the materials showed that none of the previously adopted documents concerning the establishment of inter-republican borders had passed all the necessary legal procedures in accordance with the legislation of the USSR and had not been duly approved.
