Analysis of the legal risks of the state inspector of fire supervision in the implementation of control (supervisory) activities

This article provides an analysis of the legal risks that arise when carrying out control (supervisory) activities by officials of the State Fire Control bodies. An assessment was also made of the implementation of “checklists” (or “checklists”) when conducting surveillance activities. Certain legal risks that accompany an official of the State Fire Regulatory Authority during the implementation of professional activities are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the most common crimes of corruption in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which determines the relevance of the topic of this article, since the fight against corruption is receiving close attention at all levels of government at present. The author concluded that an employee of the State Fire Department of the Federal Border Guard Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia must have certain qualities and characteristics. In order to increase the level of professional training of employees of the State Fire Department of the Federal Border Guard Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, recommendations of a recommendatory nature have been developed
