The article examines the regulatory framework that defines the terms "public service" and "provision of public services in electronic form", as well as issues of improving the quality of public services in the field of employment in electronic form. Defined the concept of "electronic government". The processes of formation of electronic government at the present stage are considered. The goals and objectives of the formation of electronic government are analyzed. The features of the provision of public services by a single portal of public services based on multifunctional centers, as well as the provision of public services using the Internet are considered.
