Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of a pilot project of the fund for social insurance of the Russian Federation "Direct payments" on the example of Tula region

The article deals with the Pilot Project of the Russian Social insurance Fund "Direct payments" on the example of the Tula region. It is devoted to changes in the mechanism of payments to citizens of social benefits. The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the project implementation are described for all participants, who provide insured citizens with temporary disability benefits, as well as the results of its implementation are analyzed.
