The analysis of developing of Xinjiang’ lands: reasons, characteristics and meaning

The paper discusses the reasons and the main characteristics of reclaiming of Xinjiang in Qing dynasty，and the role, which the developing of the lands played on the progress and consolidation of the unified multinational country, strengthening the political stability, growth of national economy and urbanization in the region.
