Analysis of the problems of economic crimes in the region as a condition for increasing its economic security and development

In economic conditions, there is a change in relations aimed at development, but there are also factors known for a long time that slow down and hinder the process of evolution. We are talking about illegal behavior that has a certain popularity, which has found its consolidation among economic crimes - about fraud. Considering the structural elements of this illegal act, it is necessary to take into account the reasons contributing to the commission of the crime. The peculiarities of the climatic, ethnic, and economic character of the region are, in our opinion, one of the main ones, since they reflect the conditions in which the mentality and personality of the subject were formed. The development of conditions and measures aimed at preventing, detecting and suppressing illegal behavior contributes to the development of the region and, most importantly, the uniform development of regions within the state, which is the task of national economic security (strategy).
