Analyzation of problems of realization governmental programs in the Russian Federation

This article describes the main problems of implementation of state programs. The author on the basis of digital values highlights the relevance of the study. Based on the science of "management" justification of the necessity to make several key decisions in the process of implementation of government programs. The conclusions and proposals have scientific and practical value and can be used to implement specific solutions in the framework of the identified problems.
