The analysis of problems of compensation of court costs in favour of the third parties

In this work the question of realization of the right for compensation of court costs by the third parties is investigated. These are special procedural participants whose status defines specificity of their participation in judicial proceedings. In article their legal status is a little affected, but special emphasis is placed on the analysis of problematic issues of their opportunity to demand compensation of the legal costs suffered by them
