Analysis of process problems of financing innovations in Samara region

This article describes the features of the financing of innovations in the economy on the example of the Samara region. The data on volume of financing of actions within the limits of social and economic development of the region strategy are given. The main problems of financing of Research and Advanced Development based on a process approach with a view of taking them into account when developing economic and mathematical model of innovation development of industries and R & D financing are highlighted. A possible structure of an economic-mathematical model of financing of Research and Advanced Development considering the necessity to combine Research and Advanced Development of various types in the course of time, including those aimed at increase of efficiency of activity in research sphere itself is proposed.
