The analysis of production of construction materials in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The source base of construction materials of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has been considered, and its analysis of production has been made in the article. It is possible to create the production of modern high-quality competitive resource and energy saving construction materials, products and designs on the basis of concrete mixes taking into account requirements, and the available source of raw materials in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) due to the realization of the main directions of industrial materials branch development. That will allow providing the need of the regional market for construction materials by quantity, the range and quality. There are many opportunities for the development of stone construction in the north of the republic since stocks of a construction stone, sandstone and limestone as the main components for creation of concrete and cement are located in beds of the navigable rivers crossing the territory of the Arctic zone with an entry in the Arctic Ocean. It will allow providing rather low cost of their transportation to the place of production.
