Analysis of the production structure of the enterprise on the example of CJSC "Khleboprodukt-2"

The article deals with the analysis and substantiation of the organizational and production structure of an enterprise for the production of flour from grain crops. The organization uses a straight-line depreciation method. The financial result from the sale of products, services, goods is determined by shipment. Evaluation of inventories and finished products is carried out at actual cost.
