The features of the distribution of antigens of the ABO system among the population of the Syumsinsky district are considered. Research methods: in 100 outpatients with a positive PCR test for COVID-19, the blood group was determined using coliclones of Mediklon LLC, there was a study of hepatic transaminase enzymes (Vector-best kit, biochemical analyzer Mindray BS-200), determination of C -reactive protein by the qualitative method of latex agglutination (Olvex kit), a complete blood count on a 3-diff Corway Hemalit 3000 hematological analyzer, a study of coagulation hemostasis and d-dimers (Behnk Elektronik thrombostat-2, RENAM kits). Based on this study, it was found that people with the first blood group are less susceptible to coronavirus, and those with the second blood group turned out to be the most vulnerable.
