On the basis of statistical data analyzed the dynamics of prevalence of alcoholism and alcoholic psychosis in the areas of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for the 1991-2014 yrs. Results. The prevalence of alcoholism and alcoholic psychosis of social and territorial zones of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). An analysis of official statistics shows the current unfavorable situation, the prevalence of alcoholism and alcoholic psychosis mixed and arctic regions of Sakha (Yakutia), which requires the adoption of urgent measures to strengthen the monitoring of compliance with time limits and quality sold alcoholic beverages, effective interventions for early detection of drug pathology in the territories of the above-mentioned areas.
