Analysis of public-private partnership development in the regions of the Russian Federation

Public-private partnership significantly influences the development of social infrastructure, because the public sector directly interacts with business environment, where private enterprises not only finance the construction or reconstruction of an object, but also provide services on it or perform maintenance. The study is aimed at creating a model that will allow for an effective analysis of the factors that significantly influence the development of public-private partnership. The article uses data published by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The key objective of the study is to implement cluster analysis and with its help find objects that affect the PPP sphere according to specific criteria.
