This article discusses the main types and methods of digital fraud in principle, and with advertising, in particular, for the period from 2015 to 2022. Analytical sources of information concerning advertising fraud in the digital space are analyzed. The main types of protection against various types of fraud are defined. Precautions against them are suggested.
