Analysis of housing development in the Kyrgyz Republic

The development of housing construction contributes to the development of such closely interacting industries as the production of building materials, transport, increased employment, and improved social infrastructure. The article examines the role of housing construction in the country's economy. The statistical data on housing security per person from the time of gaining sovereignty to the present are presented. The state of housing construction in the Kyrgyz Republic is considered, including an analysis of the commissioning of residential buildings over the past five years, the reasons for the growth and decline in residential building commissioning, as well as an analysis of the state of the housing stock, which is in dilapidated and disrepair. The average housing prices and the factors influencing housing prices are also analyzed. A SWOT analysis of housing construction was carried out, through which the strengths and weaknesses of the industry were identified, and opportunities and risks were indicated.
