Analysis of the Implementation of the Decisions of the 10th All-Russian Congress of Judges

The relevance of the study is due to the need to constantly search for mechanisms to improve the judicial system of the Russian Federation. The determining role in this belongs to the bodies of the judicial community, and, first of all, the All-Russian Congress of Judges, which is the highest body in this system. In its decisions, the Congress determines the direction of development of the judicial system of the Russian Federation for the next four years. The article discusses specific issues raised by the 10th All-Russian Congress of Judges. It analyzes the regulatory, organizational, informational, and fi nancial changes that were aimed at implementing the tasks set by the Congress in its final resolution. They cover a wide range of issues, such as optimizing the judicial system, reducing the judicial workload, informatizing the courts, introducing artificial intelligence, improving various aspects of the legal status of active and retired judges, and staffing. The resolution of these issues is aimed at developing the judicial system, improving the efficiency of justice, making it more accessible, and strengthening citizens’ trust in the judicial system in Russia. The article also identifies issues that have not yet been fully resolved and that will need to be addressed in the future. It proposes solutions to some of these issues.
