Analysis of labor market regulation in the Kaluga region

The article analyzes the regulation of the Kaluga region labor market. Based on the data of Rosstat and the regional statistics service, the situation of job search by job seekers in 2020-2021 is considered, vacancies that are in the greatest demand in the regional labor market are identified. The results of the implementation of the state program "Development of the labor market in the Kaluga region" are analyzed. It is concluded that in order to prevent the growth of tension in the labor market of the Kaluga region in 2022 Additionally, measures are being implemented to organize temporary employment of employees at risk of dismissal, organization of public works for citizens registered as unemployed.
