The purpose of this review is to analyze the results of partial knee arthroplasty (PKR) based on the latest data from the Australian registry. The registry datafi stly summarizes the 18. yearresults and the most commonly used unicompartmental prosthesis systems, in particular such prostheses as Oxford, Journey Uni, Zuk and other models that have been registered in the Russian Federation. The outstripping interest in the use of partial knee arthroplasty (PKR) in comparison with total systems (TKR) is associated with higher indicators of the patient's quality of life during the installation of these systems, which is noted by leading Russian and foreign authors. The second reason is the greater preservation of bone and cartilage tissues, ligamentous apparatus, proprioceptive receptors in partial endo-prosthetics of the knee joint (PECS). The third reason: a decrease in all types of complications, such as blood loss during and after surgery, a decrease in nosocomial infections, complications associated with anesthesia and long-term postoperative rehabilitation, as well as all types of costs of the health care economy, which is an important reason the growing popularity of partial knee arthroplasty (PKR). The registry was studied to answer the following questions: the dependence of the revision frequency, the dependence of the revision frequency on the type of system used, the optimal choice of cement, cementless, hybrid fi tion, the number of operations using the partial knee arthroplasty system, the average revision rate. The results of the use of robotic assistance systems in partial endo-prosthetics of the knee joint were also considered. CONCLUSION: Based on the studied information from the Australian registry, the most modern classifi ation of partial knee arthroplasty has been given. It was also concluded thatunicompartmental systems is a method of choice, which allows you to achieve maximum patient satisfaction and minimize health care costs. The use of systems with a patellofemoral prosthesis is currently limited..
