Analysis of activity results of construction organizations of the Krasnodar region

The article considers the state of the construction industry in the Krasnodar region. The industry average indicators and the rating of the 10 largest organizations engaged in the construction of buildings by revenue are presented. A comparative analysis of the results of their activities was carried out, indicators of their financial position and the level of investment attractiveness were assessed. The industry indicators were assessed in comparison with the average values for all industries. Factors contributing to the development of the industry in the region are identified.
