The article is devoted to the problem of staff loyalty management in public healthcare institutions. The goal is to assess the nature of the influence of the components of social and psychological factors of loyalty on the level of its development. Monitoring of the current state of staff loyalty was carried out with the help of questionnaires and diagnostic techniques: Eysenck Personality Questionnaire EPI (G. Eysenck’s method), Peter-Consult Questionnaire, methods of measuring loyalty (S.S. Baranskaya). As a result of the empirical study, the role of age, the characteristics of corporate culture and the degree of neurotism in determining and maintaining the loyalty of the doctors of a high-tech cardiovascular surgery healthcare institution was determined.
