Analysis of the results of customs regulation in the field of countering the import of counterfeit products

The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, within the framework of law enforcement activities, is working to counteract the import of counterfeit products. In carrying out this activity, the customs service uses various measures and conducts a number of activities, including checking the correctness of the classification of the EAEU HS code, and also has the authority to initiate criminal proceedings under articles on smuggling. The article presents an analysis of the main indicators of law enforcement activity of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
