Analysis of risks and barriers to the development of entrepreneurship in the Eurasian Economic Union on the example of trade relations between PJSC Surgutneftegaz and CJSC Belorusneft

Since the purpose of the creation of the EAEU was to develop trade within the EAEU member states, this article analyzes in more detail the impact of such a trade barrier as unstable political relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, which led to the introduction of the Russian Federation at the end of 2018 indicative balances for the export of oil and petroleum products from our country to the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The dynamics of the volume of exports of petroleum products, revenue from their sale from PJSC "Surgutneftegaz" and CJSC "Belorusneft" are analyzed. The negative consequences of the indicative balances introduced by the Russian Federation for both organizations are noted.
