Risk analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of changes in the personnel management of a small business enterprise

The article is devoted to the actual problem of creating an optimal personnel management system for small businesses. The subject of the study is the personnel management system. The author substantiates the need to assess the effectiveness of the organizational structure. Frequently used criteria, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the management system of a particular small business enterprise, analysis of the qualitative characteristics of the organizational structure, possible risks at the enterprise in question are given. As a result, a set of changes is proposed to ensure an appropriate level of enterprise management efficiency.
