This study addresses the topical issue of assessing the risks and benefits of implementing digital technologies in freight transportation services for cargo owners. Digitalization is viewed as a key driver in enhancing the quality and efficiency of transportation services. The research emphasizes the necessity of a comprehensive analysis of the risks associated with digitalization, which forms the foundation for the effective implementation of digital technologies and the achievement of intended outcomes. The study identifies the advantages of digitalization in the transportation sector, including increased economic efficiency, improved customer service quality, optimized management, and expanded functionalities.
