Analysis of the role of the military-industrial complex in the Russian economy

The role of the complex in the development of our country is multifaceted, because it is the production base of logistics for national security and military-technical cooperation, as well as the main high-tech sector of the domestic economy. The analysis of the role of the military-industrial complex in ensuring the security of Russia does not present methodological difficulties. At the same time, obtaining quantitative estimates of the contribution of the enterprises of the complex to the country's economy is a complex scientific problem that has not been solved to date. The article presents the developed methodological approaches to solving this problem. They are based on the results of the study of individual issues of the problem under consideration, obtained by various scientists earlier, as well as the methodological foundations of the theory of military economics, the theory of finance, the theory of analysis of economic activity and a systematic approach.
