Analysis of the market of alternative meat in Russia and abroad

Modern agriculture for the production of meat is costly, and there are also problems such as carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, which negatively affects nature. Alternative meat can change this situation in a positive way for the environment and for humanity with the help of balanced micronutrients. From 2010 to 2020, investments in the production of alternative products around the world amounted to 6 billion $ in 2020, and more than $ 2 billion of this amount was invested in the production of meats. This shows how fast the alternative meat market will develop and how promising it is. As part of this work, 12 key start-up projects that occupy leading positions around the world, as well as companies that have reoriented to the production of alternatives in Russia, are considered. Statistics are given and conclusions are drawn about the further development of the market.
