An analysis of the dynamics and structure of the world market made it possible to reveal the main factors constraining the Russian ERP systems market. The authors additionally analyzed the domestic market from an industry and regional perspective, identified specifics and the main factors restraining the Russian ERP market and the ICT sector as a whole under sanctions pressure, they structured according to the areas of completeness of implementation of a set of incentive and compensatory measures.
