Analysis of corporate market in Russia

The corporate finance market in Russia, as one of the components of investment banks' activities, is developed and is represented quite narrowly among banks. However, the events of 2020 and 2021 have intensified its development due to the outflow of foreign investors. The article examines the essence of corporate finance in Russia, as well as analyzes the current development of the market in the context of a pandemic. One of the key problems is the concentration of transactions in the oil and gas industry, which historically is one of the most profitable in the Russian Federation.
