Resume: The article tells about changes in the market of public catering facilities. The article talks about the institutions of the city of Yekaterinburg in the time interval from 2013 to 2017. The average check value is described, the dynamics of income and expenses is shown, the dynamics of net profit for the period under review is graphically shown. Based on the result of the analysis, conclusions and forecasts of the sphere are presented.
