Analysis of the market of monoyorod on the example Severodvinsk

The study poses the problem of the possibility of assessing structural unemployment. For its solution, the use of the transport problem of linear programming is proposed. With the help of this task, an analysis of the structural discrepancy in the labor market of the Severodvinsk municipality was made and preliminary conclusions were formulated.
