Analysis of the system of civil protection of consumer rights

The article is devoted to the study of issues of civil law protection of consumer rights in the Russian Federation; examines the main legal instruments and mechanisms that ensure the protection of consumer interests when purchasing goods and services; special attention is paid to problems related to the implementation of consumer rights, as well as prospects for the development of legal regulation in this area; current trends and the possibility of applying foreign practices are analyzed.
