Analysis of the organization's personnel motivation system based on B. Skinner's theory

The personnel motivation system is an important tool for achieving success in any company. A well-chosen motivation system increases not only the efficiency of the organization, but also the satisfaction of employees from work. In addition, the motivation system is a kind of business card of the company for potential employees: an employee who feels like a valuable part of the team is often ready to share his impressions of working in the company with other people. This can lead to an increase in the company's reputation and help attract new customers and employees. The article analyzes the motivation system of the organization's personnel based on the theory of B. Skinner. The Russian household and computer equipment trading company MVM LLC is given as an example for the study.
