This article describes the mainproblems of organizing corporate training for employees of the MFC of the Ulyanovsk region. The relevance of this study is due to the importance of forming a professionally trained and dynamically developing social and professional group of MFC employees as one of the determinants in increasing the population's credit of trust in the authorities. At the same time, the approaches to the organization of training and development of MFC specialists are standard, ineffective, and do not take into account strategic goals and industry specifics in the provision of state and municipal services. The real conditions for the activities of MFC employees are extremely difficult and may turn out to be stronger than the positive professional impulses received during training, professional retraining and advanced training. All this determines not only the theoretical, but also the practical significance of the problem. It should also be noted, that ensuring sustainable professional development of the personnel of a modern organization becomes possible with a systematic approach, which in organizational terms implies the development of concepts and training programs, the adoption of informed management decisions based on the choice of effective pedagogical technologies and mechanisms for their implementation. The object of the research was the corporate training system ofthe Government for Citizens OGKU. The subject of the research is the level of satisfaction ofthe organization's employees with the implemented educational technologies. Such research methods as analysis of statistical indicators and questionnaires were used. As a result of the study, the directions of improving the system of professional development of employees of the MFC of the Ulyanovsk region were identified.
