Analysis of socially psychological factors of employing convicts sentenced to punishment alternative to imprisonment

The article sets forth such factor of social rehabilitation of convicts serving punishment not isolated from society as employment. The author provides economic and socially psychological analysis of factors, which influence employment of convicts, reveals the character of problems this category of citizens faces, proves the necessity of interdepartmental interaction to tackle this task. There is a scheme of socially psychological technology of employing convicts.
