Analysis of the social entrepreneurial project LLC «Center of gaming technologies»

In the article, the author determines the relevance of the research topic under consideration, notes the alleged factors in the development of the social entrepreneurial sphere. The choice of the social entrepreneurial project of the city of Voronezh is substantiated and its brief description is given. An analysis of the enterprise is carried out using the method of SWOT analysis and cross SWOT analysis. On the basis of the analysis carried out, recommendations were formulated for the successful functioning of the Game Technology Center LLC in modern conditions.
