Analysis of compliance with the strategy and activities of a large industrial company on the example of PJSC "MMC "Norilsk nickel»

This article provides a critical analysis of the compliance of the activities of a large mining and metallurgical company with the strategy of this company on the example of PJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel". Also, for MMC Norilsk Nickel, the indicator of manipulating reporting for the period 2014-2019 is calculated and the assessment of the obtained indicators is given.
