This article discloses the contents of five types of documents, such as: declaration of conformity with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, declaration of conformity, veterinary certificate, certificate of state registration, shipping documentation that ensures traceability of food products that confirm the quality and safety of food products sold on the market. In addition, the process of processing the above documentation is considered, which allows us to assess their significance and necessity, both for the consumer and for the manufacturer.
