Analysis of the micromycetic community composition in gold production post-technogenic substrate

Бесплатный доступ

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the structure of microscopic fungi in technogenic soil and natural brown-taiga soil of the gold-mining region of the northeast of the Amur Region. In natural soils, the community of microscopic fungi is represented by 35 species from 15 genera, in the post-technogenic substrate - 23 species from 9 genera. The micromycete complex of the post-technogenic substrate is characterized by low species diversity and minimal similarity with the micromycete complex of natural soil. In the post-technogenic substrate, the number of melanized, phytopathogenic and toxigenic forms of fungi increased, which is considered as adaptation of fungi to unfavorable environmental factors.
