The analysis of condition of fighting illicit drug trafficking (based on materials of department of internal affairs of Almaty)

The author of the article points out certain problems which impede law enforcement activity connected with revealing, disclosing, investigation and prevention of crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking. The author uses the results of the operative activity of drug control services and analyses statutory instruments of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
