Analysis of the state of corporate governance of organizations in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the problems of corporate governance in the Russian Federation. These include: changing the boundaries of corporate governance, the coverage of new management zones, new key roles of the boards of directors. This article presents an analysis of the state of corporate governance in organizations in Russia and identifies the main areas of change in this area.
