Performance review of rural population's small and medium-sized business in Republic of Buryatia

The article examined performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Buryatia, special attention paid to rural areas. There is analysis of differences in the level of development of small and medium enterprises in agriculture according to the municipalities. In particular, the areas represented only by the rural population was highlighted, their study show that a low level of development of small and medium-sized enterprises is a major factor in securing employment.
