In the article the analysis of interaction of subjects of educational process by virtual communication in the mass practice of preschool educational institution. Indicated the need for greater use of network resources by educators to achieve the most effective interactions with parents. The results of responderunt parents on the subject of motivation to work on the Internet and active use of means of virtual communication. Analysis of the sites of kindergartens of the Republic of Crimea, highlights positive and negative factors of the functioning of the information content of preschool institutions from a position of interaction with parents.
