Analysis of the current state of organic agriculture and experience of state support in various subjects of the Russian Federation

In the study the analysis of current state of or-ganic agriculture and the experience of the state support in various subjects of the Russian Federa-tion is carried out in detail. Basic provisions of the Decree of the Russian President "On application of certain special economic measures to ensure the security of the Russian Federation" and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation " The strategy of development of food and processing industry of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020" are considered. The examples of the laws adopted at the regional level in the field of devel-opment of organic production are given: in Ulya-novsk Region the law "On state support measures for producers of organic products", in Krasnodar Region, the law "On Making Organic Agricultural Production in Krasnodar Region". The main ad-vantages of organic products in comparison with traditional, their value for healthy nutrition, the best organoleptic indicators, freshness and absence of harmful substances are defined. Besides, it is noted that organic agriculture has to be based on ecolog-ical methods of production, using advantages of local conditions; to combine innovations and achievements of science without any harm to the environment and the improvement of consumers’ quality of life. In Russia not enough attention is paid to the market of organic production. Successful examples of introduction of organic production and only several shops with full-fledged organic range are available only in the central regions of Russia. As a result of the analysis of current state of organ-ic agriculture and experience of the state support in various subjects of the Russian Federation the fol-lowing moments were revealed: 1) carrying out sys-tem work and scientific researches in the field of marketing of organic production, and also the de-velopment of economic models and mechanisms of optimization of market value of organic production is required; 2) the direction of researches has to be aimed at the development of technological bases of making, storage and processing of organic produc- tion; 3) special relevance is gained by the devel-opment of the system of certification of making or-ganic production and technical requirements to the quality and safety of this type of production.
